There is a Travel Centre located at Bundaberg railway station, where you can purchase long-distance train tickets. There are also luggage trolleys and scales and the luggage check-in service. This is to the left when you enter the station.
You will also find the following facilities on the platform:

- toilets, with accessible option, baby change facilities, and a sharps bin
- a payphone for public use
- next train information

There is a bus stop on McLean Street for onward journeys.
