Station Walkthrough
Bowen railway station is located off Bootooloo Road. It services passenger trains travelling northbound to Cairns and southbound to Brisbane. There is one platform, which is on the eastern side of the track. There is a small number of carparks outside the station on Bootooloo Road and access to the platform is via a ramp or stairs.
At Bowen railway station there is customer seating, shelter and a payphone.
There is no level access to the train itself from the platform. If you require assistance boarding, please inform our staff at the time of booking, and we will be happy to assist you.
