Caboolture railway station is located between Matthew Terrace to the west and Walter Street to the east. It services trains travelling southbound to Brisbane and northbound to Cairns, as well as trains in the South East Queensland (SEQ) network. The station has three platforms: one side platform (Platform 1) on the western side and one island platform (Platforms 2 and 3) on the eastern side of the station. There are lifts and stairs to the bridge that connects the platforms at the northern end of the station. 

There is car parking available (including accessible carparks) on the Matthew Terrace and Walter Street sides of the station. There are also drop off zones on both sides. There is a bus stop and taxi bay on the western side of the station.  ?
